ABSTRACT

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran spiritual leisure dan job crafting dalam membentuk community social identity and SMEs performance. Existing research has noted that value congruence takes role to strengthen engagement. However, there is lack of research which discuss SMEs community. SMEs community is community who has orientation to support community to achieve their performance. 103 SMEs owner are involved in this research as respondents. Data were analysed using regression analysis. The result showed that spiritual leisure and job crafting strengthened the relationship between value congruence and community engagement which then increasing community social identity and SMEs performance. This research proved that SMEs community created by government will support the existence of SMEs. In the long term, it will support Nation Economics Growth.
