This design focuses production as solely for doubeling profit improvement as reflected in basic principles of capitalistic economy of adam Smith, stating small capital can bring profit as much as possible. At the same time, the effort of TKI form getting their rights protectted by law, is seen as the obstacles for getting double profits.
