ABSTRACT
Emprical phenomena found in the Departement of Labor, Transmigration and Population of Central Java Province shows that the number of employees who did not attend high enough so that employees who attend are required to do the job beyond its responsibility to public service activities in the Office of Manpower, Transmigration, Population and Central Java still can run well. Referring to the findings of the research are formulated problem is “How to improve the behavior of Organizational Citizenship Behavior?”
In order to answer the research problems problems that have been formulated than developed a research model that involves several factors suspected to influence the behavior of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The examined factors including job characteristics, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. Data on job characteristics, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and organizational membership behavior obtained through financial division employees at the Departement of Manpower, Transmigration and Population of Central Java Province. Then, data is analyzed using multiple regression tests.
Statistical tests with multiple regression test shows that job characteristics proven to have positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture proven to have positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational citizenship proven to have positive and significant effect on the organizational membership behavior.
