MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA SDM MELALUI PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI SERTA MOTIVASI KERJA

Abstract

     The aim of this research was to describe and analyse the influence of leadership and the organisation culture on the work motivation and the achievement of human resources in the Secretariat DPRD Propinsi Central Java. The problem in this research was 1) Whether leadership and the organisation culture were influential towards the work motivation of the official in the Secretariat DPRD Provinsi Central Java? 2) Whether leadership and the organisation culture were influential towards the achievement of human resources in the Secretariat DPRD Provinsi Central Java?

     This research was carried out against the official in the Secretariat DPRD Provinsi Central Java. The data collection was carried out with the questionnaire and the study of the book with the number of samples totalling 173 respondents that 96 female respondents and the man's 77 respondents. Technically the analysis of the data that was used was with Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using the AMOS program 16,0 because of enabling the combination between the analysis of the factor and the analysis of multiplied regression.

      Results of the research showed that the leadership variable and the influential organisation culture in a signifkan manner towards the work motivation of the official Moreover, leadership and the organisation culture were influential towards the achievement of human resources in the Secretariat DPRD Provinsi Java Tengah., this could be proven by seeing the value probability the significance was smaller than standart 0.05.
