MODEL PENGEMBANGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN PEMALANG

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of leadership, communications, reward, and motivation to performance officer of unit service of earning of area sub province of pemalang. The research problem is lifted : 1) do leadership have an affect by significant to officer performance. 2) do communication activity have an effect by significant to officer performance. 3) do reward have an an effect by significant to officer performance. 4) do motivation reward have an an effect by significant to officer performance. 5) do leadership, communication, reward, motivation have an an effect by significant to officer performance.

The research used model analyze multiple regression amount of used sample counted 61 responder, were collected by censusly and method of data collect by questionnaire.

The result of this research showed that leadership have an effect by positively and significant to officer performance, communication have effect by positively and significant to officer performance, reward have effect by positively and significant to officer performance, motivation have effect by positively and significant to officer performance. This proven matter that t-ratio from the each variable bigger than value of t-tables (2,001). leadership, communication, reward, motivation by together have an effect by positively and significantto proven officer performance. That F value calculate 79,478 bigger than value of tables. Determinst coefficiined by variation from the three variable and the rest 25 persen explained by other couses outside this research.
