Abstract
This study purpose to test impact of image and excellence service to customer satisfaction, to test impact of image and excellence service to customer loyality, to test impact of satisfaction and excellence service to customer loyality, to test impact of excellence service to customer loyality as a intervening variable, and to test impact of excellence service to customer loyality as a intervening variable.
The population of the researh are customer at Bank Jateng Kudus, and through purposive sampling, selective sample of this research are 100 customer at Bank Jateng Kudu. Structural Equation Model use as a technic to testing hyphothesi. Result of this research are campany image and excellence service have impact to loyality, and satisfaction of customer Bank Jateng, Brand Kudus.
