MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA MELALUI KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI

Abstract


This research is concerning the communication influence between individuals and organization support against the performance. These research results hoped be able to give some advise of deciding policy regarding the problems related to the research.

The goals of the research are : (1) Analysis and description of the influences of organization supports against the organization commitments of traffic unit Polres Salatiga, (2) Analysis and description of the communication influence between individuals against the organization commitments of traffic unit Polres Salatiga, 3) Analysis and description of the communication influence between individuals against the performance of traffic unit Polres Salatiga, (4) Analysis and description of the influences of organization supports against the performance of traffic unit Polres Salatiga, (5) Analysis and description of the communication influence against the performance of traffic unit Polres Salatiga.

The objects sample taken for this research is the whole of 85 persons of traffic Unit Polres Salatiga. This research is named census cause the whole objects person is the sample, so the population amount same as the samples. For data analysis used PLS Computer programming which focused on calculating of validity, reliability, t test, determination coefficient and path analysis.

The calculation results show that : (1) Communication between individuals have significantly and positively influences against the organization commitment for 5 % levels to t calculated (7,166) > t table (1,96), (2) Organization supports have positively but not significantly influences against organization commitment for 5 % levels to t calculated (1,610) > t table (1,96), (3) Communication between individuals have significantly and positively influences against the performance for 5 % levels to t calculated (3,506) > t table (1,96) (4) Organization commitments have positively but not significantly influences against the performance for 5 % levels to t calculated (1,896) < t table (1,96), (5) Organization supports have negatively but not significantly influences against the performance for 5 % levels to t calculated (1,576) < t table (1,96).
