The curiosity of 3-5 year old children lead them to ask questions about what they see, hear of feel. One of the questions that puzzle the parents is the question related to sexuality. At that period, a child is the phallic phase in which they started to feel the joyful sensation of their vital organ. Eastern culture regards that talking sexuality is associated with the sexual intercourse for adult. Infect, the media openly provides information about sexuality. Parent especially mother plays an important role to explain it to their children in order to develop a positive attitude. A positive is helpful for the parental advisory in giving the explanation according to the children development. Sex education should be given early. Even more, lately there has been more sexual exploitation of under age children . The sex education for the 3-5 year old children includes the introduction to the body parts and its functions, explaining the difference of the male and female vital organ and its sensation. Based on the phenomenon, a study was conducted to assess the attitude of the mothers toward sexual education for 3-5 year old children, the knowledge of the mother about sexual education for 3-5 year old children, feeling of the mother when they give response to the children question related to the sexuality and the strategy of the mothers to answer such question. Questionnaire and discussion method was used to conduct the need assessment.
