Work and Family are domains which important for individual life. Recently, the proportion of working women has increased rapidly. It impacts changing roles in traditional family and symptoms of dual-career family. Balancing the dual-career family demands and responsibility of work and family roles has become an increasingly widespread conflict experienced by employee. The study examined antecedent of wok-family conflict and it impacts to job satisfaction. Result show that demands of work and family had significant to work-family conflict, but work family conflict found not significant to job satisfaction.
