Abtsract

There is correlation between law and society as the basic of law inforcement. It’s clear that lawa exist between value or idea affairs and the world of habitual actions in reality. Whenever the law be throught into reality, it has to face with many factors which influences its social environment. The law of nation is not a unit of a great amount of regulations, but it’s the construction which has character and meaning as the realization meaning ang character. There is no system of law in the world which doesn’t try to do selfimage (self definng). Self image is an attempt to take tradition and value into law system. It’s always reminded that the law system is always planted into “a peculiar form of social live”.
