UPAYA PENINGKATAN KINERJA SDM PAD AKOPERASI JASA KEUANGAN SYARIAH BAITUL MAAL WAT TAMWIL (BMT) BINA UMMAT SEJAHTERA

Abstract

Purpose of this research was to test impact of Islamic business ethic, organizational commitment to satisfaction and human resources performance of Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwll (BMT) Bina Ummat Sejahtera Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Sample of this research are all marketing human resources at 14 brand, and totally 290 persons. Hypothesis test used a Ordinary Least Square to find result. The result of this research are value of measurement index RMSEA (0.058), GFI (0.997), CFI (0.982) dan CMIN/DF (1,562) at range normal. Islamic business ethic have impact to satisfaction with critical value 3.008 and significant. Organizational commitment have impact to satisfaction with critical value are 2.998 and significant. Islamic busniness ethic have impact to human resources performance with critical value 3.099 and significant. Organizational commitment have impact to human resource performance with critical value 2.969 and significant, and satisfaction have impact to human resource performance with critical value 2.425 and significant. Generally that Islamic business ethic, organizational commitment have impact to satisfaction and human resources performance of Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Bina Ummat Sejahtera Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang.
