Abstract

This research aim to to test and analyse competensi and comitmen influence to satisfaction. Beside that, this researoh also aim to to test and analyse competensi and commitmen influence to performance Of through satisfaction. To analyze the variable. researcher use laboring dosen STTDNU-ATIKA Jepara and teach in STTDNU-ATIKA Jepara as research object, where them most consisted of dosen having background Of higher education and experienced as entrepreneur and drafter owning production which high enough compared to as dosen in a private sector college.

This research is done with method of survey by propagating kuesioner to 53 laboring dosen and teach in STTDNU-ATIKA Jepara. Intake of Sample of research use technique of sampling sensus. Smart PLS model is used to test this hypothesis. Pursuant to result analyse and solution in this research is obtained by a common node that competensi and comitmen have an effect on positive to satisfaction work by signifikan. Others competensi, comitmen and job satisfaction have an direct effect on positive to performance directly and signifilkan.
