Abstract
This study tested job satisfaction has a reciprocal relationship with family satisfaction. It shows that work and family life are two things that can not be separated within an organization.The population in this study is one of the units government institution in the city of Semarang, as many as 123 people. Therefore, using the census because its population is limited. The analysis using t test and bivariate with software SPSS. The results of this study are expected to develop human resource management and decision-making inputs, especially to increase job and family satisfaction.
