Abstract

This study aim to strive improvement of commitment organization, with ability variables as esteems, trust, benefit the relation and quality of communications. The thing is expected at the height of commitment of organization can trigger improvement of organization performance. Sample applied at this study is customer of supermarket, Then analytical technique applies SPSS. This study expected can give contribution at expansion of science marketing and as consideration bottom of decision making to increase commitment of organization.
