Abstract
This study aim to analysis improvement of organization performance passed quality of strategy built by intern condition, management competence and extern analysis. Sample technique by using method purposive sampling and number sample 30 respondent at manufacture industry. Then analytical applicant multiple regression This study finding indicates that improvement policy priority scale of organization performance passed quality of strategy is improvement intern condition, management competence, extern condition. Future research which will come is toke consequence variable quality of strategy at coach functional human resources, marketing, apportion and finance.
