Abstract

Empirical studies related to the capacity of the organization's commitment and its influence on employee's job satisfaction of BMT in Central Java is inseparable from the urgency to look at the phenomenon of organizational commitment and its influence on job satisfaction has been studied extensively in the literature of empirical research in the field of conventional management. So far studies on the topic of influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction Islami Islami in non-bank financial institutions in the cooperative form of Islam, Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) has not been much done. With elaborate of sharia's indicators measuring in two variables will be found a little more uniqueness associated variables. From this study, indicate that the Islamic organization's commitment has positive and significant impact on employee's job satisfaction of BMT in Central Java. Results using linear regression analysis showed a positive and significant influence. This means that the Islamic work commitments as described above, can increase employee satisfaction. Similarly, a commitment which otherwise does not indicate Islamic nature as mentioned above can lead to lower employee job satisfaction. Allah says in the letter. Al-Ahqaf: 13 which means "The people who say: Our Lord is Allah", then they remain istiqamah So there is no fear come upon them and they do not (also) grieve".
