Abstract

This research had a purpose at knowing the influence of the style of leadership, the work motivation, the organisation commitment towards job satisfaction and the achievement of the employee to the company otobus Coyo Pekalongan, partially with the model of Path Analisis. The research kind that was used was the level explanation that is the research that meant explained the position of variables that were researched as well as relations between one variable variably other. The number of samples in this research was as many as 76 people. The testing of the hypothesis used the test t results showed that the style variable of leadership in a manner the influential individual at once was significant was positive towards Variably the achievement, the variable of the work motivation in a man rier the influential individual at once was significant was positive towards the achievement variable, the variable of the organisation Commitment in a manner the influential individual at once was significant was positive towards the achievement variable, the job satisfaction variable in a manner the influential individual directly was significant was positive towards the achievement variable, Variably the leadership style in a manner the individual was influential in a manner indirectly was significant was positive towards the achievement variable, the variable of the work motivation in a manner the individual was influential in a manner indirectly was significant was positive towards the achievement variable and the variable of the organisation commitment in a manner the individual was influential in a manner indirectly was significant was positive towards the achievement variable.
