ABSTRACT


The number of individuals who experience stress is increasingly growing. Stress is a condition that occurs on the individual that resulted in impaired individuals influential in her feelings in her life. The objective of this paper is to describe about how stress and stress management. Stress causes some impact on individuals, among which are : the impact of physiological, psychological and behavioral impacts. Several ways can be done to prevent the occurrence of stress continues , it all depends on each individual who live it. Stress management includes 7 research methods that have been carried out and managed to cope with stress effectively. The method is Action-Based Strategies (ABS) , Perception-Based Strategies (PBS), Coping Strategies (CS), Managing Performance Stress (MP), Relaxation & Sleep (RS) , Self-Confidence & Self-Esteem (SC-SE) and Anger Management.
