ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to analyze the cooperation Musharaka Islamic Financial Institutions in Semarang. Musharaka is a partnership of cooperation between two or more parties to perform a certain business activities of each party to contribute funds in accordance with the agreed contribution, profits and losses that may arise or be divided proportionally according to the agreement.
This study uses SWOT analysis to identify and understand the problems of cooperation in the Musharaka Islamic Financial Institutions in accordance with the regulations of Bank Indonesia and the fiqh muammalah. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the type of judgment sampling, with samples Muamalat Indonesia. Types of research used in this study was to descriptive. Variables used musyarakah cooperation and operational systems, human resources and management.
From the results of a SWOT analysis of the factors and strategies muammalat Bank Indonesia based on Islamic principles that Islamic banks operating under Islamic principles which need to increase the understanding sharia for human resources and community so no one is arguing in a conventional bank savings may be religious in emergency situations such as arguments not true. For the analysis of fiqh and Bank Indonesia regulatory conditions that occur in muammalat Bank Indonesia is because it is still a lack of understanding of the Islamic financial services that need to increase understanding of the science of fiqh in depth to be able to develop products in the bank, especially Islamic Musharaka partnership financing so that the condition of the bank is still not in accordance with the rules of fiqh muammalah and according to Bank Indonesia regulations, in carrying out their duties Muamalat Indonesia is in conformity with the regulations of Bank Indonesia.
