COOPERATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING DALAM KONTEKS BUDAYA ORGANISASI

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze (1) differences of cooperative problem solving between low organization culture of and high organization culture, and (2) influences level of education and experience on the organization culture context. The sample was employee at organization and private bank in Semarang City. The result showed that was differences of cooperative solving in used by employee at the high organization culture context compared with the low culture context. Level of education was not significant in the high organization culture context in cooperative problem solving. The experience was significant in with cooperative problem solving in lower organization's culture.
